My Approach
You've successfully ticked all the boxes: a degree, a career, and maybe a relationship, but why does it all still feel so unsettled? The anxiety you feel about your career, the confusion in your relationships, and the constant pressure to be perfect aren't just stress, they're signs that something isn’t right. Psychotherapy goes deeper than coping mechanisms to understand the root cause of these persistent patterns.
Psychodynamic therapy is a form of talk therapy that helps you understand how your past experiences and unconscious thoughts and feelings affect your current behaviour and relationships. By exploring your inner world and gaining insights into your patterns, you can work through challenges and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
A key aspect of psychodynamic therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. This relationship provides a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I will help you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your motivations, and to work through any issues that may be holding you back.
