I am a registered member of the BACP with an MSc in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling from Birkbeck.
My clinical expertise is uniquely complemented by my professional background, which includes over 10 years of experience working in demanding sectors such as financial services, law, and executive recruitment. This experience gives me a unique and practical understanding of the specific pressures that fuel anxiety, burnout, and self-doubt in professional life, allowing me to know firsthand the complexities of striving for success while trying to maintain emotional balance.
While my professional history offers specific insight into work-related stress and the anxious achiever, my practice is not limited to corporate challenges. I work with a broad range of presenting problems, addressing the deep emotional roots of issues such as persistent anxiety, relationship patterns, life transitions, and grief.
